Minor Group, English-Time's Thailand distributor, has successfully introduced English-Time to a public school in the Southern region with 374 students, under a program called Lab School. This program was organised by the Ministry of Education and has 921 participating schools.
Before implementing the project, a native English speaking teacher visited the school to assess the students' English standard using the English-Time CD-ROM. After incorporating English-Time into the school curriculum, the students were re-evaluated. One of the students excelled herself and achieved the second highest score in the Province's English Exam. This is a true testament to the benefits gained from the Lab School project and English-Time.
The Vice Minister of Education, Mr Piyabuth Cholvijarn, who is also the Project Leader of Lab School, is very happy with the distinct improvements in the students' English performance.
