English-Time uses different characters that children can identify with and treat them as their good friends, so they will become more enthusiastic to read and follow the stories. Each topic is illustrated by examples which stimulate and provide ideas for children, and encourage them to develop their creativity.

The biggest advantage of English-Time is that the program has been developed after a careful study on children learning English as a foreign language in Asia, in particular. While American English is used as a model, the program never insists American cultural values on the learners. Instead, they can learn English which is necessary for international communication in a step-by-step process through 'Cyberspace'. This places English-Time on the top of my list, as many other English-teaching programs merely concentrate on "Let's play in English". Therefore, I recommend English-Time to children, parents and teachers without hesitation.
